This calm cove at dawn is typically brimming with gulls gossiping. Their calming cacophony is a staple paradox to New Englanders. I am fortunate enough to live near the ocean. It’s ebb and flow has always been a source of immense calm and comfort to me. As you can see, the local residents highly recommend this spot. These blissful moments of peace reveal themselves to be far more precious than we value them at. We are so quick to forget how restorative and necessary time like this is. The seagulls know. They do this every morning. We would do better to take a lesson from them. Whether it’s daily, weekly or monthly, we need to make the time.
